Bite into Writing Book 3
Bite into Writing is a comprehensive resource for year 6 teachers, designed to help teach and assess writing with confidence. Book 3 is based on the quality text 'Otters' Moon' by Susanna Bailey and includes two spotlight texts (an information text and a persuasive leaflet), teaching and learning activities, curriculum links and a writing showcase record. It also includes an overall commentary and detailed annotations for three sets of exemplification material. Book 3 can be used on its own or in conjunction with books 1 and 2 at any time during the academic year.
Bite into Writing offers a flexible, non-prescriptive approach to reading into writing that can fit around your curriculum plans.
