Used in conjunction with the Year 2 Spring Maths arithmetic pupil booklet (sold separately), both papers are designed for all pupils to complete.

These age-appropriate assessment materials enable you to reliably monitor progress throughout the academic year and can be used formatively to identify strengths and weaknesses and inform teaching. The reasoning paper requires pupils to consider the method or operation they will use in answering. This booklet covers maths curriculum content up to and including year 2.
