Used in conjunction with the Year 4 Spring Reading prompt materials booklet (sold separately), these age-appropriate assessment materials enable you to reliably monitor attainment mid-way through year 4 and can be used formatively to inform next steps in teaching and learning.

The pupil answer booklet contains questions relating to each of the three age-appropriate texts presented in the prompt materials booklet. Questions are presented in different ways, with both open and closed formats. Some require pupils to tick, draw lines, or put a ring around their answer, to reduce the dependency on writing. Other questions require pupils to write short or medium-length answers.

Each pack contains 10 booklets.
